Responsibilities

As a Licensed Showing Assistant on the Premier Home Team, you will:

• Receive training and guidance through PLACE New Agent Launch, group, and one on one coaching sessions, and team training.
• Collaborate with an experienced sales agent to assist clients in finding their dream homes.
• Utilize proven lead generation skills to convert leads into appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service using cutting-edge technology.
• Host at least 4 Open Houses monthly.

Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate, driven individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Strong communication skills, a real estate license, and a hunger for learning and development are essential.
