Aboutthe Role
The Store Manager (SM) sets the culture for the brand and the store environment. Responsible for the store’s overall performance, including sales and profitability, the SM inspires, motivates, and develops the store team to provide a positive and comfortable experience for every customer. The SM is an ambassador of Rhone, embodying its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered) and must have a passion for fitness and healthy living.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Recruit, select, and onboard employees passionate about progress.
- Coach, develop, and manage employee performance to build a scalable workforce.
- Create and execute business strategies to attract new customers and increase profitability.
- Represent brand image and culture during internal and external events.
- Exhibit business acumen related to retail and store financial goals.
- Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Train team to be product knowledge experts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Address complaints swiftly with empathy and compassion.
- Uphold operational standards; maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Maintain store reputation and comply with legal requirements.
- Communicate biweekly staff schedule, adhering to payroll goals.
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and shipping/receiving processes.
- Communicate inventory needs to HQ.
- Accept additional responsibilities as necessary.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- 4+ years retail leadership or equivalent consumer‑facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Positive, upbeat attitude.
- Technology proficiency and ability to engage customers and staff.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and take action.
- Capacity to learn procedural knowledge via on‑the‑job training.
- Commitment to personal and team career growth.

- Proactive networking skills.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Proficient in Google Suite, POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Available up to 40 hours/5 days a week.
- Adherence to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
- Capacity to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
