Performance-Based Compensation

This is a Commission + Bonus role with potential earnings between $125,000 – $250,000 annually, and top performers earning $300,000+. Paid training at $700/week, plus uncapped commissions with an accelerated payout during your first 5 months—starting at 100% upfront in month one and moving to a standard 50/50 split by month six.

The Role
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
  • Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions
  • Represent high‑quality products backed by industry leaders
  • Manage the sales process from consultation through closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Key Qualifications
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self‑motivated with a growth mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • In‑home sales experience is a plus (but not required)
