• Generate retail sales by delivering great customer service and showcasing Verizon products.

• Ask the right questions to learn customers’ needs and build a connection.

• Provide product insights and recommend solutions that give customers a complete top‑down sales experience.

• Close sales with strong communication skills and intuitive tech solutions.

• Continuously develop through training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory processes.

• Grow the customer base via outbound calls, text messages, and outreach at off‑site Verizon events.

• Engage with the community to expand the loyal customer base.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.

• One or more years of relevant experience, including military experience.
