As an HVAC Technician you’ll visit customers’ homes to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll troubleshoot problems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

• Base pay of $48+/hr with a very competitive bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service (top technicians earn over $100,000/year).
• Eligibility for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Full‑time, year‑round work with flexible scheduling (multiple shift options and 4–10‑hour days).
• Robust paid training and professional development path – 150 hours of training per year.

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
