English Language Teacher

Accademia Britannica International House Arezzo is looking for an English teacher to join our language school in the centre of Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy.

Job Summary
Teach English to students of all ages and levels, primarily primary and young teenage learners. Position available from 12th January to May/June 2026. Full‑time teaching role.
Location & Start Date

Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy (approximately 80 km south of Florence).

Start date:

12th January 2026. End:
May/June 2026.
Eligibility
Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid work permit allowing employment in the EU.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications

CELTA, TESOL, Trinity CertTESOL, BA TEFL, or BA TESOL.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
C2 level proficiency in English communication skills.
Experience teaching children and/or teens.

Desirable Qualifications

A or B grade at CELTA/TESOL or equivalent.
DELTA or equivalent.
Teaching experience on Cambridge exam courses.
Cambridge speaking examiner status.
Experience teaching young learners and incorporating soft skills.
Experience in an International House or AISLi school.
Experience working in Italy or other southern European countries.
