- Monitor and manage Prime Vendor distribution contracts related to supply chain and procurement
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery
- Proactively address customer expectations and requirements through regular account reviews
- Prevent order disruptions by managing inventory issues and product standardization
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of customer management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer management role
- Proven track record of managing customer expectations and improving service delivery
- Familiarity with supply chain management processes
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking and reporting
