Behavioral Health Caregiver Part Time
Location: AZ City Group Home, Arizona City
Pay rate: $16 per hour

As a part‑time caregiver in a community or in‑home setting, you will collaborate with our clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, emotional or behavioral challenges, and other special disciplines.

• Assist with daily activities that include socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
• Accurately document progress and activity; review records and logs to stay up‑to‑date with changes in service plans.
• Provide clinical expertise in specialized populations, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, emotional or behavioral disability, or specialized disciplines like behavioral support, early intervention, crisis intervention, or others.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments, relay orders and information to and from medical providers, and travel between sites, individuals’ homes, and community locations when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid AZ driver’s license required.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
