Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support the needs of Epic software
• Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications, documenting workflow analysis and user experience
• Configure changes within Epic environments to français standardized workflows and resolve end‑user system issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently while updating stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate’s Degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of employment
• Excellent customer service skills and können strong organizational abilities
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
