Mine Maintenance Supervisor

THE ROLE
The Work. Agency have partnered with a US based metals producer to find a Maintenance Supervisor for their team. The role will take the responsibility for directly supervising all mine maintenance across the site, including underground and surface operations. The team have developed a reputation for excellent safety on site and are looking for a leader who can continue to develop and exemplify a strict safety culture.

You will also be given the opportunity to work on several continuous improvement projects that will have you managing both capital and operating expenditure.

THE PERSON
Managing a team of maintenance professionals, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and mentorship, with ideally over 10 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with engineering or technical certificate backgrounds, who can demonstrate a history of success in building high performing teams.
