The Medical Coordinator, Licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) works as a staff member of the Student Services team. Your role includes:

• Arranging and coordinating appropriate health services, including urgent, emergent and preventative health services for children in care.
• Maintaining complete, confidential medical records for children.
• Ensuring appropriate communication of health needs to case managers and clinicians.
• Scheduling health‑care appointments and coordinating transportation.
• Ensuring qualified interpretation and translation services are in place.
• Serving as a liaison for community health‑care providers.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Licensed Practical Nursing Credential from the state in which employed.
• Minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including experience operating and securing comprehensive health‑services programs.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen (no THC test), physical, TB test, and a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.
• Licence requirements:
  Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Wednesday to Saturday. Hours are based on the needs of the program and may change accordingly.
