• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs

• Mentor associate software engineers as needed

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and analyzing algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems
• At least 3 years of experience with one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with web services technologies such as REST
• Proven experience working within an agile methodology and participating in scrum ceremonies

• 3+ years of experience with Workday skills, including Workday Orchestration and Workday Studio
• Knowledge of XSLT for transforming data and understanding of web service protocols (SOAP, REST)
• Familiarity with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration issues
