Position Overview:We are seeking an organized, friendly, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who visits Cactus Rose Aesthetics. This position requires a personable individual who can manage administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere.

- Greet and check in clients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments for treatments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Manage client appointments, ensuring timely reminders and rescheduling when necessary.
- Handle intake forms and client data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, keeping it neat and welcoming.
- Assist with managing inventory of office and spa supplies.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, maintaining client records, and preparing treatment rooms.
- Ensure a smooth, positive flow of the daily operations of the clinic.
- Communicate effectively with clients, aestheticians, and other team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Help manage and contribute to the spa’s social media presence by assisting with content creation and posting as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or medical setting.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing billing inquiries.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and scheduling software; experience with spa or medical software is a plus.
- Comfortable assisting with social media tasks, such as posting and engaging with followers.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
