• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with a team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve exceptional results.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Ability to flag 45+ hours per week.
• ASE Certifications required; master certification preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• A willingness to mentor General Service Technicians and collaborate with your peers.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

To excel in this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
