We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Third-Party Motor Vehicle Services Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with vehicle registration, title transfers, and other motor vehicle-related services. You will ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.

• Provide guidance and support to clients for motor vehicle transactions.
• Process title transfers, vehicle registrations, and renewals accurately.
• Verify and ensure compliance with all state motor vehicle regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

• Prior experience in motor vehicle services or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish / English) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of state-specific motor vehicle regulations is a bonus.
