Location: Chinle
Job Description Duties and responsibilities will encompass outpatient and inpatient, Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Services to I.H.S. patients.
IHS facility Chinle, AZ8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Forty (40) hours per week, Call-Back Hours and Overtime Hours after 5 pmTo be considered for these positions you must provide:
A current CV without any gaps of 30 days or more from completion of Medical School until present; all facilities must list a city and State One active, unrestricted State Medical License Current DEA3 Current References that can attest to your Clinical skills in the past 12 months (phone numbers and mailing addresses included)
