Senior Pastor
FULL-TIME (Salary: Dependent on Qualifications)

Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, 85935>
Located for 60 years in the tourist town of Pinetop at 7200 ft, we are a growing church, seeking the man that God has prepared to be our next Senior Pastor, starting mid December 2025. We are enthusiastic to see our community and the world know Christ. Our membership grows from 125 regularly to over 200 attendees in summer as desert residents escape the heat.

- Preaching Biblical truths and strong in prayer and outreach
- Building the church leadership and attracting young families
- Good “shepherding” skills and character (1 Tim 3 and Titus
1) - Capable of effective plans, evaluation, decisions, and delegation
- Seminary education
- Preferably 5 years’ experience as a pastor
- Preferably married with children
- Preferably Southern Baptist background
