A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Project Engineer. Position Type:

Clifton, NJ 07014 As a Facilities Project Engineer, you will
• Responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for assigned programs.

• Facility and Construction Project Management work

• Overseas and coordinates the cost, schedule, technical aspects of ongoing Facilities engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the Facilities Manager and customer.

• Serves as single point-of-contact between Facilities engineering project management, planning, Facilities, and line management.

• Reviews status of Facilities engineering projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

• Assesses Facilities engineering project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring Facilities engineering project progress and for intervention and problem solving with Facilities engineering project managers, line managers, and customers.

• Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.

• May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other engineering projects, missions, and programs.

• Senior professional with strong knowledge of Facilities and Construction areas and broad knowledge of project management.

• Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.

• Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.

• Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.

• Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Ideal candidate will have:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

• PMP, FMP, CFM

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $75-$82 per hour.
