To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Prepares for spa treatments and cleans and restocks room according to spa processes and procedures.
• Provides consistent and professional spa treatments in accordance with accepted certification practices and spa protocols.
• Strictly adheres to the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and according to facility processes and procedures.
• Must hold both an active massage therapist and aesthetician certification.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
