Shift: 7 on / 7 off
Agency: Talented Medical Solutions – Nurse Owned | Joint Commission Certified
- Must-Have: Current BLS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm) and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) - Current, unrestricted Pharmacist License (Arizona license strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
