Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide treatment services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist within Arizona correctional facilities. • Provide treatment interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Active Arizona PTA license in good standing
