Role and Responsibilities:

As the Medical Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of advanced practice clinicians (APCs), social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. Your primary focus will be to set realistic goals and create personalized treatment plans that enable patients to regain their independence and return to their prior level of function. This role requires a strong background in rehabilitation medicine within an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
