About This Role Primary Therapist

Red Mountain Sedona is seeking a full‑time Primary Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is grounded in mindfulness‑based practices, possesses strong clinical and diagnostic skills, and has experience treating young adults with a wide range of mental health concerns—including trauma, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders. To thrive at Red Mountain, applicants must value a collaborative, dynamic clinical environment and be comfortable creating highly individualized treatment plans for clients and their families.

Experience working with diverse populations is essential.

• Provide individual and group therapy within a residential treatment setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, agency, and regulatory standards

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• License or license‑eligibility preferred
• Experience working with young adults in a therapeutic or residential setting
• Familiarity with mindfulness‑based approaches and trauma‑informed care
