Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) | Peridot, AZ
Join a supportive outpatient clinic where your expertise helps patients move better and live stronger every day. We’re seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to work alongside two full-time PTs in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Schedule Options:4x10s or 5x8s available
What You’ll Do:- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation patients
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 10–15 patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on recovery and mobility
- Collaborate with fellow PTs to deliver exceptional patient care
- Strong outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented clinical setting
