Description:
Pharmacy Retail Supervisor responsible for daily administrative operations.
Ensures highest quality service response and delivery consistent with established standards.
Develops operational and financial outcome measures and related tracking systems.
Directs and evaluates departmental policies and procedures.
Assesses program, service, and functional effectiveness regularly.
Develops and supervises staff through timely feedback and appropriate HR policies.
Plans and evaluates computer-based information and dispensing systems for efficiency.
Manages purchasing and inventory functions for cost-effective management.
Facilitates professional growth of staff by assessing learning needs and coordinating opportunities.
Prepares monthly progress and operational reports identifying areas for improvement.
Participates in training and quality assurance programs to maintain skill and competency levels.
Performs additional duties as requested.
