We are seeking passionate, service‑oriented, positive and hard‑working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Regular Full‑Time Position.

As a Guest Experience Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based upon their individual needs such as room accommodations, wellness journey classes, spa bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Processing payments and sending confirmations of pre‑planned services.
• Anticipating guest needs and taking ownership of concerns; acting decisively to ensure guest satisfaction and offering a special service touch when an opportunity presents itself.
• Maintaining compliance with the dress code by keeping a neat, clean, and tidy appearance.
• Displaying warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
• Assuming training responsibilities when required, demonstrating high standards awareness, promoting teamwork, and acting as a role model.
• Supporting the concierge team in the lobby during high business levels and providing concierge shift coverage when needed.

• One to two years of experience in reservations and/or front desk roles (or a comparable role).
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong, positive communication skills.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work on‑site.
• Knowledge/passion in health & wellness.
