We are seeking passionate, service‑oriented, positive and hard‑working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
POSITION TYPEThis is a Regular Full‑Time Position.
RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Guest Experience Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based upon their individual needs such as room accommodations, wellness journey classes, spa bookings and transportation arrangements.
- Processing payments and sending confirmations of pre‑planned services.
- Anticipating guest needs and taking ownership of concerns; acting decisively to ensure guest satisfaction and offering a special service touch when an opportunity presents itself.
- Maintaining compliance with the dress code by keeping a neat, clean, and tidy appearance.
- Displaying warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
- Assuming training responsibilities when required, demonstrating high standards awareness, promoting teamwork, and acting as a role model.
- Supporting the concierge team in the lobby during high business levels and providing concierge shift coverage when needed.
- One to two years of experience in reservations and/or front desk roles (or a comparable role).
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong, positive communication skills.
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work on‑site.
- Knowledge/passion in health & wellness.
