Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? Coral Tree is seeking a Complex People Services Manager to join our team in support of Outbound Sedona and The Virginian Lodge
. The role focuses on administering and managing the People Services operation across multiple business units, creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing vibrant company culture, and building strong community connections.
- Embody and champion our belief that travel enriches life, inspiring and reminding the team of the value of play, rest, savor, experience, and connection.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the People Services operation for multiple business units, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Participate in shaping the company’s future through strategic planning and support, including staffing and training initiatives to keep us at the hospitality industry’s forefront.
- Stay current on government regulations and record‑keeping requirements while providing a supportive, valued environment for the team.
- Manage the performance management system, ensuring timely evaluations and effective identification and development of top performers.
- Attract top talent by updating the applicant tracking system, coordinating competency‑based interviews, and analyzing data to recommend growth strategies.
- Support team members with coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when needed, and administer associates’ benefits and open enrollment.
- Administer FMLA/LOA functions with compassion, ensuring team members feel supported during needed times.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; SHRM or similar certification is a plus.
- Hands‑on leader who loves the outdoors.
- Well‑versed in employment laws, EEOC regulations, and state‑specific guidelines.
- Comfortable conducting employee relations conversations in a virtual setting when necessary.
- Strong literacy in Microsoft tools and HRIS systems (iCIMS and UKG are a plus).
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 / yr. + bonus
