the Role

The Commerce Data and Identity alliance in Disney Entertainment ESPN Product & Technology is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our centralized source of truth for identity, device, and access data. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless cross‑platform user experiences, accurate device and access intelligence, and compliant data activation for analytics, personalization, and security.

As a key leader within the Data team, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for managing identity, device, and customer access metadata. Your work will empower internal teams—including Product, Analytics, Data Science, and neighboring Data teams—to leverage trusted, high‑quality data to drive business decisions and enhance user experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep data expertise, capable of translating ambiguous business needs into actionable product roadmaps while balancing scalability, performance, and privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the development of a device intelligence product, supporting data enrichment, machine learning, and cross‑product device resolution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams to build scalable, compliant, and highly available data products.
  • Enable data activation by ensuring data is easily accessible for analytics, machine learning, data science, and other data use cases.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, prioritizing intake requests, defining requirements, and ensuring timely, compliant data delivery.
