• Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions (dashboards, reports, ETL pipelines).
• Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
• Transform raw data into clear visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., user engagement, feature ROI).
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across reporting systems.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
• Optimize data workflows and advocate for best practices in BI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake).
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
  • Experience with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., regression, cohort analysis).
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (cross-team collaboration essential).
