** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified IT Site Project Lead to provide management, administrative, and technical interface in accomplishing services under this contract. The Program Manager shall have management and technical knowledge, skills, expertise, and the experience needed to accomplish the performance of work under this contract. Essential

Job Duties:

* Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.

* Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.

* Seeks and develops outside funding sources.

* Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.

* Provides day-to-day technical/ professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

* Responsible for operations including security, maintenance, and accountability.

* Responsible for meeting all technical requirements.

* Ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.

* Primary Point-of-Contact for all communications or issues.

* Is authorized to act on site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task order.

* Acts as a "First-Level Supervisor" for site-employees. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* An active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

* MA/MS +10
-OR- BA/BS +12 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.

* Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements ([Bachelors in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering related]
-OR- [Cyber 101]
-OR- [CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, RCCE Level 1, FITSP-A, FITSP-M, GFACT, or GSLC]).

* PMP Certification.

* ITIL 4 certification.

* Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

* Experience leading a technically complex organization. Additional Information Work Environment
