As a Client Specialist on the National Accounts team, you will work directly with a Client Executive and Client Advisor/Director to service and retain an existing book of business for large revenue accounts. Your day-to-day would involve a variety of tasks ranging from reviewing/processing of policies, issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing contracts, creating proposals, processing endorsements, invoicing and other day-to-day tasks as directed by the department manager.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 4 years knowledge of commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverages and markets is essential
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
• Thrives in a team environment
• Be a self-starter; problem solver
• Organized with good time management skills to allow for handling a wide variety of tasks and meeting deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Property & Casualty License required

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• College degree is preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
