Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.

This position will work the overnight shift: 11 pm‑7:30 am, Sunday ‑ Thursday.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure the production line runs smoothly. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Every task helps us deliver a product we’re proud of.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
  • Complete quality checks and record data.
  • Keep your work area clean.
  • Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
SKILLS
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets.
  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Basic math and mechanical understanding.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented and dependable.
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.85‑$23.45 a hour, including a $3.00/hour shift differential. Please note that the pay range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
