Healthcare Glendale in Litchfield Park, Arizona, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of MLILY, is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate the work of line workers, machine operators and technicians on the day shift. You will provide on-the-job guidance, troubleshoot line issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
You will also train staff, monitor attendance and production metrics, and report to the Production Supervisor, contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
