We’re looking for a connector, storyteller, and community builder to join our crew as
Head of Culture & Experience
. This is a role that blends
curating unforgettable guest experiences

leading property-level marketing.

As the cultural ambassador for Outbound, you’ll:
- Create and oversee on-property events, activations, and signature Outbound programming.
- Build partnerships with local vendors, guides, and artisans to bring Sedona’s spirit to life and connect them to our experiential sales platform.
- Manage marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, social media collaborations, and local media/DMO partnerships.
- Capture and share content that tells our story across digital and traditional channels.
- Partner with Coral Tree Hospitality’s brand team on larger campaigns while keeping a pulse on the local community.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in hospitality marketing, cultural programming, or event/experience management.
- Creative, community-minded, and passionate about the outdoors.
- Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.
- Organized, collaborative, and excited to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
