Setting: Critical Access Hospital – ICU
We’re seeking a skilled ICU RN to join a critical access hospital in Ganado, Arizona
. This role guarantees 40 hours per week, offering stability and the chance to deliver high-quality care in a unique rural healthcare environment.
Active Arizona RN license (or compact, if applicable)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
Strong critical thinking, multi-patient management, and emergency response skills
Comfortable working in a rural/critical access setting with lower patient volumes
ResponsibilitiesDeliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient conditions
Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
Support patients and families through education and advocacy
Maintain documentation in accordance with hospital and state standards
