- Job Title: RN Ambulatory
- Location: Chinle, AZ 86503
- Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
- Start Date: February 2025

Schedule:
8AM – 5PM (Monday to Friday)
- License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the specialty
- Driver’s License
- Perform a wide range of nursing care for patients in all age groups and their families who present an unlimited range of different health-related problems.
- Assess patient’s conditions by reviewing all systems, the patient’s health records and/or history, and determine from the assessment the required lab and screening data for the physician.
- Prepare patients for test, exams, treatments, and/or procedures.
- Administer prescribed oral medications, hypodermic, subcutaneous, intramuscular injections and intravenous medication.
- Triage and provide emergency treatment according to the status of patient and level of care needed.
- Maintain health records by documenting observations, nursing interventions and therapeutic measures administered.
- Prepares and reviews records of care given and makes sure all care provided is documented on the patient chart.
