You start each day surrounded by red rock views and the sounds of nature, taking pride in maintaining a space that promotes peace and renewal. You move between tasks like checking pond water levels and clearing debris, inspecting and adjusting irrigation systems, or trimming back foliage to keep trails clear and welcoming. You respond to seasonal needs like storm cleanup or planting, always staying in close communication with your team to track progress and flag any maintenance concerns.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A NATURE RESORT GROUNDSKEEPER - MAINTENANCE TECH?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge about landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge and familiarity with irrigation
• Personal integrity
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to troubleshoot when issues arise
• Ability to operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Ability to interact with other staff
• Ability to manage tasks working in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in culturally sensitive environments
