This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Sedona, AZ. Handle live Real Estate leads from the leading marketing platform in America. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice, conducting property showings, and managing negotiations. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of the local market, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring efficient transaction processes.

The role requires proactive communication, diligent follow-up, and a customer-first approach to delivering a seamless experience for clients.

• Hold an active Real Estate License, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales to effectively support client needs and close transactions.
• Customer Service experience, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Sedona, AZ, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and travel locally for property showings as needed.
• Familiarity with real estate software and digital tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
