The basic function of this position is to prepare baked items for the dining rooms and special functions.

• Pay: $17.45 - $18.65 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule:
  
  Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Knowledge of recipe reading, measurement skills, and scaling ability
• Good piping skills
• Plate styling
• Daily dessert set‑up and production
• Bread production
• Maintain standards of cleanliness

• Previous experience in volume production
• Ability to work on several tasks at once in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Follows written and verbal direction well
• Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed
• Ability to scale up/down recipe quantities
• Knowledge of recipe reading and measurement

• Occasionally:
  Sit, climb, crawl, lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently:
  Reach above shoulder, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Constantly:
  Stand, walk, handle, reach outward, lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
