Bartender – Full Time

• Prepare and serve beverages to resort guests with exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Adhere to standard recipes, safety, and health guidelines.
• Engage with guests and provide drink recommendations.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the resort team in delivering outstanding service.

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Serving Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to resort uniform standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
