• Experience is not required; bonus points for customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, and fast-food restaurant familiarity
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk continuously for entire shifts; safely maneuver in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Team Members are compensated commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $10.00 to $19.40 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $15.00 to $17.00
