We’re hiring Café Attendants to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!

Serve food on the cafeteria line, bus tables, clean, and stock and assist guests by building, packaging, and delivering orders in a fast-paced work environment.

  Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Greet and serve guests according to company standards
• Be advised of daily specials and menu items to easy describe items to the guests.
• Ensure that all items are fully stocked
• Assist with inventory and orders for products needed.
• Maintain portion control and use proper rotation and presentation of all items.
• Keep area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Maintain temperature logs and sanitation logs.
• Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous fast food or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of guests.
• Must be able to pass Serv Safe food handler training.

• Constantly:
  Stand, walk, handle, reach, bend, lift/carry up to 20lbs, push/pull up to 40lbs.
• Frequently:
  Lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs.
• Occasionally:
  Reach, climb, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 100lbs.
