Job Summary
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever‑changing consumer landscape, guiding customers through our full suite of products and services such as high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile and voice technologies, ensuring their solution best fits their needs.
Responsibilities- Customized Solutions:
Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them speech‑less with satisfaction. - Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans and technologies. - Sales Pitch:
Master the art of persuasion in the field, showcasing product advantages and addressing concerns. - Closing Deals:
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed. - Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts and sales reports with precision. - Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional post‑sales support, turning customers into advocates. - Team
Collaboration:
Share insights and strategies with fellow teammates to achieve collective goals. - Targets and Quotas:
Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. - Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations and sales practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivator with ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance and satisfactory driving record.
- Physical Abilities: sitting, standing and walking.
- Ability to work full time.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Sales‑centric mindset: passion for delivering sales results, empathic communication, rapport building.
- Extensive product knowledge: deep understanding of mobile and fixed‑line products and services; ability to translate technical information.
- Digital proficiency: comfortable with CRM, POS, and other software; embraces digital transformation.

SalaryPay range: $90,000.00 – $ per year (base plus commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $40,000 plus commissions. Sign‑on and retention bonuses may apply.
