IDEAL CANDIDATESWe are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for spa and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, management, and accountability for all safety + security across property
- Develop and lead emergency response procedures.
- Maintain Fire/Life Safety equipment and keep it compliant.
- Manage and train Safety & Security practices for guests, team members, and property
- Manage the safety and security of team members, guests, and company assets, including assisting in investigations when needed
- Provide safety + security partnership for all departments
- Establish + maintain strong partnerships with local law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, security professionals etc
- Consistently evaluate policies/practices to identify short term + long term goals + needed policies
- Oversee vehicle maintenance of property units (including, but not limited to bikes, golf carts, cars, trucks etc..)
- Champion key watcher devise and key control through property
- Oversee/train and manage any 3 rd party security teams or safety vendors
- Support other Facilities teams when applicable.
- 3+ years in safety, security, or risk management, ideally in hospitality, resort, or a similar guest-facing environment.
- Experience leading and training a team.
- Working knowledge of fire/life safety systems, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and clear communication with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
