Salary Range: $30.09 to $45.14 hourly depending on experience

Mobile technicians will perform service maintenance to CASE agricultural machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality and efficient PM services to agricultural equipment in the field and/or shop environments.

• Perform maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct structural repairs, including welding, in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on equipment.
• Work independently in the field with minimal or no supervision.
• Follow Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Safely and properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electric tools.
• Document all work performed accurately using basic computer programs and service software.
• Comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to road signs, vehicle limits, and weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as required to complete work tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives.

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience, preferably in construction or agricultural equipment service.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision as a mobile field technician.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills for service documentation.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols for vehicle and equipment operation.
• Must be over 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license for company driving purposes.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on mechanical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
