Inventory Clerk 1st Shift

• Pay Range: $21 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
• Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting discrepancies at all times.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine root causes to prevent future discrepancies.
• Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (on‑hand, on‑order, damaged) and enforce appropriate handling.
• Operate a Stand‑Up forklift to assist with counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as required within your training and expertise.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Attention to Detail:
  Spot missing items quickly and handle discrepancies patiently.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder or other WMS preferred.
• Problem‑Solving
  
  Skills:
  
  Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Forklift Certified:
  Experience operating a Stand‑Up forklift.
• Reliability:
  Dependability and strong teamwork are essential.
