RN Field Assessor- AR Health Care Support is actively seeking an RN Assessor to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization working remotely, but must reside in Arkansas to be considered.

Must Be Located In One Of These Areas

• Arkadelphia, Malvern over to Hot Springs
• NW-Ft. Smith to the Missouri Border

• Conduct functional assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, documenting findings accurately and in compliance with program guidelines.
• Utilize telephonic and digital tools to gather clinical information, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate with supervisors on case determinations.
• Apply nursing expertise to assess the functional status of adult and aging populations, ensuring recommendations align with Medicaid eligibility criteria
• Mon-Fri: 7am-4:30pm

• 3-5 years experience as a licensed RN
• RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare population (home health background preferred)
• High level of comfort with technology use

$40.00 – $43.00 an hour
