Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr.

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
