Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst - In-Person Role

- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
- Competitive Pay: $55–$75/hr
- Start Part-Time:
Transition to full-time after 90 days - Work Options:
In-person or hybrid roles - Structured 6-Month Training & Onboarding:
Paid training program (13 hours across 6 months) - Free Licensure in All States We Operate In:
We’ll cover the cost of your LBA to work across multiple states - Same Day Pay for flexibility
