Status: Full Time

Hours: M-F 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (40 hours; Day shift)

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and develop mitigation plans.
• Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely, integrating coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA record‑keeping rules for first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Proactively address discomfort through education and job‑specific coaching to eliminate injury contributors.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
• Other qualified disciplines:
  Associate’s degree as a PTA with licensure;
  Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a military healthcare setting.
• Discipline‑specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
• BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.
