Hours: M-F 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (40 hours; Day shift)

- Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
- Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and develop mitigation plans.
- Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely, integrating coaching for continuous improvement.
- Understand OSHA record‑keeping rules for first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
- Proactively address discomfort through education and job‑specific coaching to eliminate injury contributors.
- Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
- Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
- Other qualified disciplines:
Associate’s degree as a PTA with licensure;
Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a military healthcare setting. - Discipline‑specific license or certification as appropriate.
- Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.
